Chicken & shrimp with green pepper, carrots, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and water chestnuts cooked in a hoi sin sauce.

 

 

Mandarin Duck

Chunks of boneless, skinless duck meat, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, bok choy, broccoli, & snow  peas stir fried in a hoi sin sauce.

 

 

Ginger & Scallions Salmon

A generous portion of salmon fillet steamed with shredded ginger, light soy sauce and topped with lots of spring onions and served with a side of steamed broccoli.

 

 

Black Bean Salmon

A generous portion of salmon fillet steamed with minced garlic & ginger, in a black bean sauce and topped with lots of spring onions and served with a side of steamed broccoli.

Pan fried slices of marinated steak on top a bed of steamed asparagus and topped with fried onion.

Crispy shrimp, snow peas and mushroom sauteed with generous amount of shredded ginger root and scallion in a delightful ginger sauce.

 

Cantonese Orange Roughy

Slices of steamed fish sauteed with broccoli, baby corn, carrots, snow peas, and mushrooms in a clear sauce.

Slices of crispy fried fish, broccoli, green peppers, onions, & carrots cooked in a tangy spicy Szechaun sauce.

 

*Imperial Orange Roughy
